Utilising the latest cloud based technology, our hosted telephony service provides schools with a cost effective, reliable, flexible and user friendly communications system which maximises functionality while minimising cost.

Microsoft 365

Microsoft Office 365 is a cloud based productivity suite offering anytime, anywhere access and a wide variety of tools designed to encourage collaboration and better communication between teachers and students. These include email, instant messaging, group video and voice chat and online document viewing and editing, all with extensive privacy features.

Virtue Technologies can provide full assistance with your migration to Office 365 including transferring all existing emails to our hosting package, creating email mailboxes for all users, creating groups and contacts, and configuring all email routing and client access. We can also demonstrate OWA access for staff including basic functions (mail composition, signatures and calendar sharing and distribution groups).
