A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Co-ordinator to join a well-established IT company during an exciting period of growth. Supporting the Sales and Marketing Team both internally and externally to engage with potential clients and adrift customers. This position is very hands-on, working with the growing team and following up directly with leads to drive new business and relationships. The role also includes data cleansing and assisting with marketing campaigns. Ideal role for someone looking start out on a sales career pathway.

Your Role:

Driving Relationships:
• Place phone calls to numerous potential clients, adrift customers daily
• Follow up on campaigns that were sent out, conference invitations etc
• Prepare a script to suit the calling task for the day/week/month
• Generate leads
• Set appointments
• Document all customer engagement on CRM
• Ensure customer details are up to date on CRM

Data Cleansing & Marketing Campaigns:

• Regular calls to customers to check their basic contact details
• Details to confirm: Name, Surname, Job Title, Telephone Number,
Email Address, Marketing Permission
• If contact left obtain the details of the replacement (same details as above)
• Updating the information to the CRM system – Dynamics 365
• Make sure all required fields are filled
• Research for specific information about the school, i.e., school type, # of pupils,
URN, etc.
• Assisting with marketing campaigns as required
• Managing Marketing Subscribed/Unsubscribed customers within CRM system
and mailing platform
• Exporting leads from email campaigns (MailChimp)
• General administrations tasks
