Virtue Technologies offers a UK-wide, full range of equipment, network infrastructure and software/application support services. The service plans have been designed to be flexible in order to satisfy the varied requirements of today's complex business critical networking environment. Services can be chosen to suit the individual requirements of a particular item of equipment or software, depending on such factors as the criticality of that item, the existence of redundancy in the network design or the availability of on-site expertise and spares.
Virtue Technologies can, for example, provide a basic return-to-factory equipment repair service for customers who are able to provide the necessary on-site support themselves. At the other end of the spectrum we can supply resident site engineers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year who will provide the customer with a total network management and support service encompassing both hardware and software.
We are able to support any of the standard equipment and software support plans for each product. In this way a customer can mix and match to produce a unique plan that best meets their particular needs. Additionally, we are able to discuss any special requirements that a customer may have. This may include the need for extended hours of cover, enhanced response times, Virtue Technologies presence on-site during special periods of business, etc. In this way the final support plan can be tailored to match the exact requirements
